How does a hologram work?
The process is super simple:
1. You receive it at home
2. Download the free app (indicated on the box)
3. Upload 2 photos of your pet
4. Place your mobile phone on the base
5. Activated with the included code
6. Al creates your hologram in minutes
The hologram uses your mobile phone's screen to projecta 3D image of
your pet inside the box. You can interact with it using gesttures or touches
depending on the model you choose.
Tip: Many customers use an old phone they have stored away to leave
permanently on the base. This leaves their main phone free.
Does the product accurately replicate my pett's details?
Yes. Our Al is specifically trained to capture your pet's unique
characteristics: coat color, patterns, facial expressions..everything that
makes your pet unique.
With the 2 photos you upload, we create a very accurate representation
that truly represents your partner.
Basic vs Premium: What's the difference?
Premium lets you control the hologram from your mobile device using the
touchscreen. You can interact with and view six differerIt actions of your
pet, plus receive future free updates and voice interaction
Basic includes 3 fixed actions that play on a loop.No touch or voice
control.
In addition, the Premium version includes a linen gift box, a natural wood
base, and an eco-friendly bag. Please see the productphotos to view the
differences in materials.
How many interactive actions does it have? WilIl the app be updated?
There are currently 6 interactive actions available. We continue to add
more scenes and expand the options, including seasonaland festival
themes.
All customers receive free updates when new actions and scenes are
released.
Do I need to leave my phone busy all the time?
It depends on how you want to use it:
Option 1 - Occasional use:
Activate it when you want to watch it (15-30 min) and thern use your phone
normally. Like watching a series or listening to music.
Option 2 - Permanent use:
Use an old phone you have stored away just for the hologram. Leave it on
the base and keep your main phone unlocked.
Most customers choose option 2 (old mobile) or activate iit at specific
times of the day.
What should I do if I encounter problems during use?
If you have any problems using the product, please refer toour detailed
